Services include but are not limited to: pipe repair and replacement, water heater installation and repair, drain cleaning, emergency plumbing, and fixture installation. All service pricing is provided upfront before work begins. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered on-site. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.
3. Booking and Appointments
Appointment requests submitted through our website or chatbot are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from a CopperLine representative by phone or email. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion. For emergency services, please call our emergency line directly at (480) 555-0188 rather than relying solely on the online booking form.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to commencement of work. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Warranties and Workmanship Guarantee
CopperLine Plumbing Co. stands behind our work. Labor performed by our licensed technicians is warranted for 90 days from the date of service. Parts and materials are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to our work. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CopperLine Plumbing Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or services, including but not limited to property damage not directly caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for those specific services.
